A new process will be studied and developed which can be monitored via the cloud, for roller painting of panels with bevels and reliefs, using new processes with a low environmental impact for the drying of water-based UV coatings. Prototypes of machines for filling and coating and new ovens will be created, together with a new type of roller able to balance and conform to follow the out-of-plane parts of the panel. Prototypes will be remotely controllable, for predictive maintenance, remote monitoring and fault analysis.
