Fin-Diemme develops tailor made speciality coating systems to fit the customers requirements.
This system is designed to be compact to save factory or in-line floor space restrictions and to allow very high cycle times (as low as 1.5 seconds for in line processes), The system has various axis using PLC/mechanical cam technology to achieve fast repeatable speeds. This system includes height adjustment for the coating head, cam head angle to provide coating clearance, high speed coating axis to apply adhesive to the material and lower cam axis to provide material clearance and counter pressure for coating precision.
