In this case the DMIX40 is used to transfer the two component silicone gasket from the adhesive suppliers packaging via piston pumps due to the materials high viscosity to the precision gear dosing pumps and then to the Snuf-Bak applicator head. The applicator head is mounted onto a cartesian robot in a small gluing cell together with an easy location fixture for the clients components to be positioned repeatedly during the application.
