Fin-Diemme begain its experience in providing high precision and reliable dosing systems for the application of Polyurethane and Silicone two components adhesives for the bonding of car lens to housing.This has since developed to supplyiassembng the complete glue cell incorporating the dosing system together the robotic application systems, plasma systems for improving the adhesive to difficult ro bond substrates, rotating tables for processing the parts in a fast and safe method and the servo driven press for consolidating the bond. Due to customer demand the range has since then grown to incoporate additional not adhesive related stations such as assembly stations and more specialised stations for aiming the headlamp and for the assembly of complex components.
