Assembly stations can be produced to meet your specific requirements either as stand alone stations or a conveyor system that combines multiple stations with a common conveyor system. The conveyor system allows the operator to carry out their task and then the pallet is conveyed to the operator to carry out the next operation. The pallets are then recirculated back to the start position via a transfer conveyor at the rear of the station. Our aim is to leave a large space in the centre of each conveyor to allow the supply of components to the operator and for all the necessary equipment required to carry out the task i.e. ergonomic arms, controlled screwdrivers, deinoizing guns, rotation jigs to allow easier access for component assembly, cleaning guns etc to be easily accessible for the operator.
