The VP21 is designed for the melting of 20LTR Reactive Polyurethane or Polyolefin adhesives packaged in Foil wrapped candles. A circle is cut in the foil and then lowered into the holding tube which is not heated to prolong the llife of the adhesive. A pneumatic cylinder pushes onto the top of the adhesive candle forcing it onto the heated grid blow which force melts the adhesive on demand. This sytem is compact and provides a medium melt rate capability whilst protecting the adhesive from over cooking.
