THe D-Line range from Fin-Diemme is a flexible modula system that can be personalised to suit the customers exact requirments. At the core of any coating line is the application systems which in this case is the TSV variable width slot coater however the RCM multi roller coater can substiture this dependng on the coating requirements. When using a slot coating head it is necessary to have the necessary adjustment to achieve the best coating for the material being coated, in the D-LIne slot head support there is parallilism adjustment, forward adjustment to regulate the pressure of the head versus the material and angle adjustment. An addition to air cylnders for moving the heated slot head away from the material when not coating there is an additional air cylinder to angle the head backwards exposing the slothead for easy maintenance.
The material is a driven through the line using two offset rollers that drive the material without compressive nipping on the material, the first contact rollers is chilled to thermal shock the material being coated and prevent adhesive transferring to the rollers.
The rewind and unwnd modules can be supplied either using an air inflatable shaft in conjunction with safety chucks or with a shaftless system. The module has motirised lifting to raise and lower the full bobbins into the line.
Accumualtor modules can be added into the line to allow material to be accumulated during the unloading and loading of material bobbins , these are servo driven with aobsolute encoder feedback for constant position feedback to allow various operations to be managed via the main line PLC.
All D-Line Systems utilise Siemens CPU HMI and motor invertor / drive control, the systems come with Profitnet for communication with other devices or companies traceability systems. When supplied in conjuntion with Fin-Diemmes transfer systems such as the PC200 drum unloader and VC100 tank melter systesm, all units can be fully integrated and controlled via the main line HMI.
Fin-Diemme is one of the few suppliers of the complete coating solution from melting and transfer to application head and complete material handling, making Fin-Diemme completely responsible for all elements of the line.
