Combined with our adhesive dosing system the glue cells typically comprise of a robot for the controlled adhesive application, combined with a second robot for plasma treatment and a station with fixtures to hold the housing of the headlamp either on a rotatary table of slide system to introduce the headlamp to the area where the robot will work, finally the station typically consists of a servo drive press to bring the lens and housing together.
The double robot system can be used for higher output lines or in conjunction with a second rotary table to allow two headlamps to produced using one adhesive dosing system and robot.
