The Fin-Diemme range includes a wide variety of solutions for the flat laminating of sandwich panels using hotmelt technology.
This line was tailored to meet the customers exact requirments, the panels are laminated using our standard double side hot roller coater (RC range) and are cleaned using a high efficiency tangential panel cleaner (ST range), the adhesive is transferred from the adhesive suppliers 200 ltr drums via our drum unloader (PC range), to handle the adhesive being coated both sides a support system is used to allow the coated panel to traverse over the lower sandwich element and the be precisly positioned, the upper and lower elements in this case 6m long steel components of high weight are supports via independtly servo controlled shelf system to aid the operator in the precise positioning of the elements, finally the assembled panel is conveyed through a nip roller (CLN range) to consoldate the bond.
