Fin-Diemme produce a wide variety of panel lamination techniques including bead application for one and two component polyurethanes which may have fast cure speed.
This equipment uses a multi bead head and servo driven axis to traverse the head across the panel as it travels via conveyor underneath the head, this method creates a diamond pattern bond line which when pressed provides a high surface coverage. This sytem is ideal for both flat materials and materials that may have an irregular surface or be made of material that is not rigid (such as rock wool) as it is a none contact application. The complete system comprises of adhesive transfer systems to take the adhesive from the supplier packaging (piston or membrane pump) and supply a continuous feed to a precision dosing system module such as our Dynamix gear pump systems which are then either directly dosed or in the case of two components mixed either using static mixer of dynamix mising systems.
